Everything you need to know about how your jewellery reaches you

We ship exclusively within India. All orders are dispatched from Malda, West Bengal. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for most locations. Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel — this is mandatory for any refund or return claim.

01 — Dispatch Timeline

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders placed on Tanushree Collection are processed and dispatched from our store in Malda, West Bengal. Our standard dispatch timelines are as follows:

Order Confirmed (Day 0)

You receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Processing (Day 1–2 Business Days)

Your order is verified, packaged with care, and prepared for dispatch. Quality check is performed at this stage.

Dispatch (Day 2–3 Business Days)

Your parcel is handed over to our courier partner. A tracking number is shared with you via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery (Day 3–7 Business Days from Dispatch)

Estimated delivery based on your location. Metro cities are typically faster; Tier-2/3 towns may take slightly longer.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national and regional public holidays.

02 — Shipping Charges

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pincode and the total weight of your order. The charges displayed at checkout are final.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated based on order weight and delivery location. Charges are shown transparently at checkout before payment.
  • Free Shipping: May be available on select orders or during promotional periods. Eligibility is shown at checkout.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote pincodes may attract a higher shipping charge. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the product is found to be damaged or defective as per our Refund Policy.

03 — Courier Partners

How We Ship Your Order

We work with reputable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery. Our current courier partners include services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and similar reliable logistics providers.

The choice of courier is at our discretion based on your delivery pincode, order weight, and service availability. All parcels are:

  • Packaged in premium, protective packaging designed for jewellery
  • Assigned a tracking number shared with you upon dispatch
  • Covered under courier transit insurance where applicable

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it directly using the tracking number shared with you. For tracking assistance, contact our courier partner directly using the tracking link provided.

04 — Delivery Areas

Where We Deliver

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. At checkout, enter your pincode to verify serviceability and view the estimated delivery timeline and shipping charge.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to an address within India.

If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout and advised to use an alternate delivery address or contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.

05 — Delivery Guidelines

Receiving Your Parcel

To ensure a smooth delivery and protect your rights under our Refund & Return Policy, please follow these guidelines when your order arrives:

Report Issues Within 3 Days

An unboxing video recording is mandatory for any refund or return claim. This video must show the sealed package, the courier label, and the complete unboxing in one continuous recording. Without this video, claims cannot be processed.

If the package appears tampered with or damaged before opening, please refuse delivery or document the damage clearly in your video before opening.

06 — Delays & Lost Parcels

What If My Order Is Delayed?

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control:

  • Courier partner network disruptions or strikes
  • Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather events
  • Government restrictions or public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days from the dispatch date, please contact us at tanushreecollection04@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91 81457 39629) with your Order ID for assistance.

In the rare event of a confirmed lost parcel (verified by courier), we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

07 — Address & Modifications

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. This includes: Full name, complete address with house/flat number, area/locality, city, state, and PIN code, and a working mobile number.

Address changes or order modifications may be requested only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes after placing your order.

Tanushree Collection is not responsible for non-delivery or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
